Cash Back Offer: Homeowners who successfully list their property online through George Hayes-Walsh and Kailan Denniss on or
 before June 30, 2024, will be eligible to receive a $1000 cash back upon settlement. Settlement is considered successful upon completion of the sale transaction and receipt of all necessary payments.

To qualify for the promotion, homeowners must list their property online with George Hayes-Walsh and Kailan Denniss online on or before June 30, 2024. Listings submitted after this date will not be eligible for the promotion. Homeowners must also quote the flyer to be eligible.

Performance-Based Commission: In addition to the cash back offer, homeowners will benefit from a performance-based commission structure. Commission rates will be determined based on the successful sale price achieved by George Hayes-Walsh and Kailan Denniss and will be outlined in the agreement between the homeowner and the selling agents.

Payment: Cash back payments will be issued to eligible homeowners within 30 days of successful settlement.
 Payments will be made via bank transfer, as specified by the homeowner.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the
 exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
