1. Promotion Overview

This promotion is offered by RE/MAX Advanced (the "Promoter") and is available to eligible clients who list and sell their property through RE/MAX Advanced and meet all specified criteria. The promotion offers a $2,000 cash back at settlement to qualifying participants.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• 2.1. Listing Period: The property must be listed with RE/MAX Advanced between 30th August 2024 and 31st December 2024 (the "Promotion Period").
• 2.2. Settlement Requirement: The property must be successfully sold, and settlement must occur through RE/MAX Advanced.
• 2.3. Flyer Quotation: Clients must quote the specific promotion flyer at the time of listing to qualify for the cash-back offer.
• 2.4. Residential Properties Only: The promotion applies only to residential properties listed and sold through RE/MAX Advanced. Commercial properties, land-only listings, and rental properties are excluded.

3. Cash Back Details

• 3.1. Amount: The cash-back amount is $2,000 (AUD) and will be provided to the eligible client upon settlement of the property.
• 3.2. Payment Method: The $2,000 cash back will be paid via direct deposit to the client’s nominated bank account within 14 days of settlement.
• 3.3. Single Offer: The cash-back offer is limited to one per property, regardless of the number of owners or sellers.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

• 4.1. Ineligibility: This promotion is not available to properties listed outside the Promotion Period, properties that do not reach settlement, or clients who do not quote the flyer at the time of listing.
• 4.2. Non-Transferable: The cash-back offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
• 4.3. Existing Listings: Properties already listed with RE/MAX Advanced before 30th August 2024 are not eligible for this promotion.
• 4.4. Other Promotions: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other RE/MAX Advanced promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. Disqualification

• 5.1. Fraud: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activities, or otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.
• 5.2. Withdrawal: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the promotion at any time without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.

6. General Conditions

• 6.1. Final Decision: All decisions made by the Promoter regarding this promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 6.2. Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
• 6.3. Privacy: Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used in accordance with RE/MAX Advanced’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
