Eligibility:

1. The promotion is open to individuals who list their residential property for sale with Nicola Coe at RE/MAX Advanced.
2. The property must be listed and the exclusive agency agreement signed with Nicola Coe by 11:59 PM on October 20th, 2024.

Payment Requirements:

1. Clients participating in this promotion are required to pay for the Basic Marketing Package at the standard price of $1,999.
2. The promotion offers a complimentary upgrade from the Basic Marketing Package to the Premier Package, valued at $3,580.
3. The client will receive the Premier Package at no additional cost beyond the $1,999 payment for the Basic Marketing Package.

General Conditions:

1. The promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services.
2. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
3. The Premier Package upgrade will be applied only once the property is listed and all necessary documentation has been completed.
4. The marketing services included in the Premier Package will be coordinated by Nicola Coe in accordance with standard marketing timelines and availability.
5. If the property is withdrawn from sale or the listing agreement is terminated before the property is sold, the client will be liable for the full cost of the Premier Package ($3,580), less the amount already paid for the Basic Marketing Package.

Liability:

1. RE/MAX Advanced and Nicola Coe will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the fulfilment of the promotion.
2. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless RE/MAX Advanced and Nicola Coe from any liability whatsoever.
